(Ages 8 to 16)

Capital Playhouse is excited to be entering its 24th KIDS AT PLAY season in summer 2010. Youth ages 8 through 16 participate in this energy filled summer theatre program. Each play rehearses for five weeks at Capital Playhouse and then culminates in performances at South Puget Sound Community College's beautiful Minnaert Center for the Arts. Over the 10-week process, five full-scale musicals are rehearsed, choreographed and performed with professional sets, lights, costumes and orchestras. Cast sizes are limited and typically range between 45 and 60 students. Students who have participated in the program for four years are eligible to participate in our graduation ceremony and receive their graduation ring at age 16 – this is a time-honored event!

Registration is now open for KIDS AT PLAY 2010. You can register anytime prior to the first day of rehearsal for each show. Tuition for KIDS AT PLAY 2010 is $650 per show. Perks? If you continue to enroll in KAP each year, your tuition rate will never increase, provided you don't skip a year. Even better? New siblings can enroll at the same rate! Please see the enrollment policies for additional details.
