My Fair Lady
Rehearsals: June 15 - July 15
Performances: July 16 - 19
Based on George Bernard Shaw's play "Pygmalion," with book, music and lyrics by Lerner and Loewe, My Fair Lady is a glorious classic. Having been coined "the perfect musical," My Fair Lady tells the story of the over-confident Professor Higgins and his experiment that attempts to transform a cockney girl, Eliza, into a proper-speaking lady. Higgins and his friend Colonel Pickering make great progress with the girl, nevertheless, they still treat Eliza as a mere experiment and not as a human being. With favorites including "Wouldn't It Be Loverly?," "I Could Have Danced All Night," and "On the Street Where You Live," it's no wonder everyone, not just Henry Higgins, falls in love with Eliza Doolittle.

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
Rehearsals: June 22 - July 22
Performances: July 23 - 26
"Goin' courting" has never been as much fun as in this rip-roaring stage version of the popular MGM movie, with music by Al Kasha. Millie is a young bride living in the 1850's Oregon wilderness whose plan to civilize and marry off her six rowdy brothers-in-law to ensure the success of her own marriage backfires when the brothers, in their enthusiasm, kidnap six women who are already spoken for from a neighboring town to be their brides. Bursting with rambunctious energy, Seven Brides For Seven Brothers is all boisterous fun and romance. A large cast of characters gives many actors a chance to shine with charming comic turns and rousing show stopping dances.

Brigadoon
Rehearsals: June 29 - July 29
Performances: July 30 - August 2
One of the most intriguing and delightful aspects of Brigadoon is its ability to open up a whole new world to both its audience and cast. This fantasy is about a mysterious Scottish village that disappears into the Highlands mist and returns for only one day every one hundred years, though to the villagers, the passing of each century seems no longer than one night. The enchantment is viewed by them as a miracle rather than a curse, for it saved the village from destruction. No one from Brigadoon may ever leave, or the enchantment will be broken and the site and all its inhabitants will disappear into the mist forever. However, two American tourists, stumble upon the village just as a wedding is about to be celebrated, and their arrival has serious implications for the village’s inhabitants. This is a tribute to simplicity, true love and goodness, which is hidden from the ordinary traveler.

Footloose
Rehearsals: July 6 - August 5
Performances: August 6 - 9
One of the most explosive movie musicals in recent memory bursts onto the live stage! When Ren and his mother move from Chicago to a small farming town, Ren is prepared for the inevitable adjustment period at his new high school. What he isn’t prepared for are the rigorous local edicts, including a ban on dancing instituted by the local preacher, determined to exercise the control over the town's youth that he cannot command in his own home. The reverend’s rebellious daughter sets her sights on Ren, causing many of the locals eager to believe the worst about the new kid. The heartfelt story that emerges is of a father longing for the son he lost and of a young man aching for the father who walked out on him. To the rockin' rhythm of its Oscar and Tony-nominated top 40 score, Footloose celebrates the wisdom of listening to young people, guiding them with a warm heart and an open mind.
