Ticket Policies

Sorry, there are absolutely no refunds.
Payment is due at the time of the ticket order.
We reserve the right to resell seats that are not filled at 5 minutes prior to curtain to any patrons on a waiting list. Refunds will not be issued; please be on time.
NO babes in arms.
Each patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
No single or season ticket exchanges from one production to another. Ticket exchanges are ONLY allowed for another performance of the same production.
All single ticket exchanges will incur a $2 service fee per ticket.
For single ticket exchanges "up" to a night with higher ticket prices, the difference in ticket price must be paid in addition to the service fee.
Season ticket subscribers must give 24 hours' notice to exchange tickets for another night of the show.
Season ticket subscribers who call to exchange for a past performance that was missed will incur a $2 service fee per ticket.
For season ticket exchanges "up" to a night with higher ticket prices, the difference in ticket price must be paid.
Shows are subject to rights availability and may change. Season ticket subscriptions will not be refunded due to a show change.
All tickets for "added performances" will be at Friday/Saturday night rates.
Seniors are 60 and older, youth are 16 and younger.
